Great place to buy from no one was forceful to buy their car and the finance dept offered warranties but did not force me to take any. Salesperson show us around to oil change dept and maintenance depts. I left happy.

The experience was the best I have had. From the dropping off the vehicle with a service advisor to the check out staff. The service was excellent. It was less than one hour for a complete multipoint inspection and an oil change. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I appreciate the fast service I received when my check engine light came on. I spoke with David told him the code and he stated to bring car in/tow in right away. I had it towed to dealership. It was a blown motor and it was replaced and ready for me to pick up within a week. That's very fast service for a more replacement.

Hyundai of Asheville is a great dealership with excellent professional staff. They have prompt, efficient service and explain in full detail any work that your car needs before repairs are made. The customer service waiting area is comfortable and offers a space for laptop use, other tables with outlets (if needed), courtesy snacks, coffee and water. They have vending machines also. It's a very relaxing environment and an outstanding dealership!
